Routine Computer Maintenance
Bob contacted Make IT Easy 4 U regarding his Windows 10 desktop. He was looking for system improvements to keep his computer in good running order and for someone to provide training and quick, easy support.
Solution
Some providers had sent out new install versions which upgrade and improve the existing software. All the updates were installed and some improvements were made to keep the system working at the optimum level of performance. Keeping software updated reduces security risks, which lower the chance of your device being hacked into.
Bob and I also agreed to install some remote support software, which means I can now manage his computer remotely. This has been particularly useful during the pandemic for carrying out regular routine maintenance and for keeping his computer healthy. Having the remote support means that I am only a quick call away and problems can be resolved promptly and safely.
