Introducing a Client to Apple

I looked at his existing laptop and discussed what he would require from a new Apple Mac computer. He wanted a Microsoft Office suite and full integration of his iPhone, iPad & Mac. I provided him with a recommendation and Alexander purchased the Mac. I also gave him an estimate of my time for set up.

I backed up all the data from the old PC and transferred it to the newly purchased Mac. All of the required software was then installed and tested on the new Mac. I also checked that the iPhone and iPad were communicating correctly and adjusted accordingly. I also linked up the Mac to 2 different printers. Since the Mac is completely different to Windows, I had a training plan to help Alexander master the basic operations of his Mac.

With my regular support, over a short period of time, Alexander has learnt how to get the most out of his Mac and all of his devices talk to each other as they should.  He now finds it simple and easy to use.
